Submitting this application does not guarantee that I will receive a BikeBoost donation. Final donation decisions rest with the BikeBoost application committee. If selected, I accept the responsibility of installing the amenity myself or through a contractor. I also agree to have the BikeBoost amenity installed by April 1st with a ribbon cutting/public event announcing the amenity. The amenity will prominently display a goCommute decal with a QR Code directing the public to relevant information about the goCommute program. Additionally, I accept the responsibility of yearly maintenance and replacement of parts for the amenity.
